Enter my now what I think is my signature *looking down at something inconspicuous* pose, haha! Also, apologies for the upcoming flurry of photos coming live from my living room – I’m unable to take photos outside for the moment due to several weather-related circumstances – cannot wait until Spring arrives!
I’m a big sucker for jumper dresses, especially in Winter as I find them easy to dress up or down. I can be a tad fickle with them however, as they come in different fits even though they normally come in the same shape (if that makes any sense).
The Navy Textured Panel Knitted Dress from the Cut of Evans* collection is made from 100% knitted cotton and is exceptionally warm and has a contract panel along the sides that are supposed to give the illusion of a more streamlined figure.

I’ve worn this dress out a few times in different ways; with opaque tights and black court shoes, with converse trainers and more recently, with these Simply Be Leopard Print Slip Ons. As I stated above, this jumper is pretty warm to the point where I can be comfortable outside without fear of becoming too cold. My only gripe with this jumper dress is the fit; I find that dresses which have a fit and flare/nipped in waist suit my body shape best, whereas the tulip shape of this dress would probably suit someone who carried more of an hourglass or pear shape, to accentuate the hips. The chunky knit it also pretty awesome for slightly hiding the VBO (visible belly outline) so no complaints there!
There are current massive sales on both the dress and the shoes so get ’em while the getting’s good!
