If you had told me 5 years ago that I would be wearing dresses, let alone floral dresses, I would have laughed in your face. Back in the day when I was a uber Tomboy, baggy jeans and jumpers were my sanctuary. During Summer I would rather bake in a heavy cardigan and jeans than get my gams on display. Now that I’m older and a tad more body confident, I’ve been living in skirts and dresses, especially floral print which I can’t get enough of at the moment. 

Most weekends I tend to just pair a floral dress with my beloved Chelsea boots and my leather jacket for that grunge/girly look that I feel fits my personal style. It’s all about balance.
