One of the greatest things you could ever do for yourself in terms of helping with body confidence and loving yourself is buying some good underwear. I don’t mean some nice underwear that covers all your various flaws and maybe has a cute print, i mean if you like that then go for it, but what I’m talking about is full blown hot-as-fuck-wanna-show-them-off PANTIES WITH BRAS TO MATCH. Bows everywhere, sheer backside that shows off your bum, ridiculously lacy, etc. 

It seems like the simplest thing, but half the time I feel like people don’t think of that or are scared to because they feel like they won’t like how they look, but I am here to tell you that YOU WILL. Personally I found this out on accident when the bra I was getting had two kinds of matching underwear and I mistakenly grabbed the one that was COMPLETELY sheer on the back and then spent like 10 minutes panicking that I could see the bum crease through them because that’s not what they’re supposed to do; they’re supposed to cover up everything right? I can’t wear that sort of stuff, that’s for skinnier and more attractive people right? WRONG. I eventually decided that I like them and no one is going to tell me otherwise. So find yourself some good underwear and tell yourself you look dang good in them, you deserve it.

I treated myself to a second set of underwear by Anna Scholz for Simply Be a couple of months ago. I just love the pretty, vintage-ish theme and the prints are always right up my street! The briefs are high waisted and has an inside mesh that offers slight control, while the plunge bra is lightly padded and has two hook support.

These photos have been sitting in my photo folder for a couple of months now as I was a bit anxious about uploading these for everyone to see – especially the way in which i’m ‘posing’ (which is ‘meant’ to come across as all soft and confident and what not) but…I thought fuck it and stamped it NSFW, only because the photos are humongous and all you see that #thebaps O_o.

Anyhoo, I would definitely recommend this set, along with the others in Anna’s collection – they are gorgeous and really ramp the confidence level up!
