So I was kindly given a month’s supply of the collagen supplements to use; at first I was a bit hesitant because..and I don’t mean this to sound braggy in any way, but I thought my skin looked quite young as it is , however curiosity as always got the better of me and I decided to give it a go.

Now because I “personally” have not seen any signs of aging on my face, It has been pretty difficult trying to gauge the differences as I feel like I look exactly the same! I will say however, that my nails seem to be growing at a bit of a faster pace, and that my skin seems a lot softer, so in that way it could be said that it looks younger. A part of me would love to try this when I do eventually start to develop lines, however they do say that prevention is better than cure so maybe it is one of those things that will show it’s worth further along the line! It is a hefty investment however if you want to be in it for the long run (£71.98), so I would probably want to see proof of how it works on someone who has lines and aging skin before trying it again!
