Feliz Navidad, Joyeux Noel, Frohe Weihnachten, Feliz Natal and Merry Christmas to you all! I hope everybody had a lovely time spent with friends and family eating and just generally being merry. I don’t normally put the slap on come Xmas, but this year I thought I may as well as I wanted to play around with some NYX products that I recently purchased via the Black Friday sale on the Cherry Culture website (40% off + free worldwide shipping biatch!).

Guys, I think i’ve fallen in love with this brand. The quality is absolutely amazing – like…premium standard. While the packaging leaves a little to be desired, I’m very impressed with the pigmentation and texture of the eye shadows and lipglosses.

I thought that I’d opt for a matte red lip this year using NYX’s lipstick in ‘Alabama’. I also combined this with a neutral/copper eye using ‘Golden’ and ‘Copper’ eyeshadows also from NYX.

I’ll definitely be checking out more of NYX’s stuff. I find that it’s so much cheaper to buy the products off the American site Cherry Culture  as opposed to the UK site as they often hold amazing discounts and the international shipping is only around £6 or so, which is ok considering.
