Hello all, and welcome to part two of my three-part organic skincare series in celebration of National Organic month, which ends at the end of this month (if you haven’t read part one, click here!).
In today’s post, I bring you natural skincare brand iMantara, a unique spa selection created in 2010 by Thai Square Spa in Covent Garden. The spa collection fuses centuries of Thai therapy techniques and holistic knowledge into an opulent bath, body and lifestyle experience to enjoy at home. The collection features a range of organic ingredients, including Thai jasmine, Jasmine Sambac and Plai essential oils, just to name a few.
I was kindly sent three items to review from the range, which are below!

Peaceful Palms Balancing Jasmine & Citrus Hand Lotion

240ml for £12.40

Soften and protect overworked hands with this light, deeply hydrating lotion. Zesty scented Neroli water is beautifully refreshing and pairs perfectly with the more balancing Mandarin essential oil.

Ingredients of note: Coconut oil, Sweet almond oil, Jojoba oil, Shea butter
Right off the bat, I’ll say that you definitely get a LOT of product for the price, considering it’s only a hand lotion! Because of its size, I would suggest using this as a desktop/worktop lotion as opposed to carrying it around in your bag on the go. Moisture and hydration are the two end goals for this lotion, as they feature some of my favourite oils and butters, which are amazing for dry skin.
I tend to suffer from dry hands a lot, especially in the Winter months so this lotion is absolutely perfect for rehydration. The consistency is thick, however, it melts into my skin with ease, leaving a gorgeous scent behind. So moisturising this lotion is, that you could probably use it for the rest of your body, to be honest. Considering the quality of the ingredients and the amount of product you get for the price, this is definitely a winner.

Royal Rachawadee Body Oil

250ml for £25.95

Light, zesty and refreshing, this is ideal for a post-shower morning massage or after a soothing night-time soak. Rachawadee has a wonderful calming action on the mind and on the body.

Ingredients of note: Sweet almond oil, Safflower seed oil, Bergamot, Grapefruit oil
Easily my favourite product of the bunch, as I’m a huge fan of body/massage oils. As someone with dry skin, I normally tend to go for products that feature at least 2 different oils and this doesn’t disappoint, featuring a mixture of 4 citrus-based oils. The product is supposed to be used as a massage oil, however, I’ve been using it everyday as a post-shower moisturiser and it works just as well. It smells absolutely wonderful, and it manages to keep my skin nourished all day. The price is a bit on the dear side for me personally, however, if you are up for treating yourself, I would definitely give this a go!

Siamese Serenity Refining Body Polish

200g for £19.95

Revitalize skin and regain a healthy, natural glow with this invigorating body polish.

Ingredients of note: Walnut and apricot shells, Thai Longan Extract, Tumeric, Rosemary, Lavender, Sandalwood, Grapefruit
The body scrub is blended with loads of fruit-based ingredients so it leaves a very fruity fragrance on the skin after use. If I could describe the texture, I’d say it reminds me of a really gloopy maple syrup which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as it feels incredibly moisturising on the skin. Also YAY for the product being made with natural biodegradable exfoliating shells instead of the synthetic rubbish!
Even though this product is hella soothing and moisturising (almost like a body butter), you still feel like you are getting a good scrub with the shells. If there was one bit of cricism I could give, it would be that there could be a bit more product for the price. After 3 uses, I’m nearly finished and it would be nice to have a bit more usage out of it for how much you’re paying for it.

All in all, I’m impressed with the brand and the amount of natural ingredients included in the products. The only thing i would say is that personally, i’m a fan of seeing the product in the packaging so the all black thing doesn’t really work for me. But like I said, that’s just a personal thing of mine!
