On paper, this look probably would probably sound like a dodgy idea, but I love being bold with my style choices and while this particular paring of a maxi dress + over sized denim jacket may not suit all tastes, but I absolutely love it.  That is what style is about; being unapologetic and feeling confident in how you look, regardless of if people like it or not! It’s okay to try new things, it’s okay to experiment and it’s okay to trust your gut instinct.
I was kindly set this gorgeous Manon Baptiste Pineapple Maxi dress by Navabi a few weeks ago which I love as it encompasses things I’ve been loving this season on clothes: Pineapple print, pockets and mustard colours. I just love how much skin seems to glow when wearing this dress and because it’s such a statement piece, few accessories are needed. I paired the dress with my paint splattered over sized custom denim jacket by Plus Equals* which is just everything.
