Summer’s a’coming and for me, it’s always a time where I get the ole’ legs out and let them soak up a bit of (the very rare) Vitamin D. I’m starting to curate pieces for my summer wardrobe just in case I decide to have a cheeky vacation in-between and thought this a-line Samya dress from House of Fraser* would be perfect.
This Samya dress is available in sizes 16- 28 which is AWESOME, and is predominantly made from a polyester material; something to bear in mind if you’re looking for a strict A-line design as I would say it’s quite a soft, light material. As you can see from the photos below, the material does gather a little bit in the middle but it does have a slip underneath as well for added support. The dress is true to size albeit a tad short on my long-ish legs. I absolutely love the print; upon seeing it online for the first time at first glance I actually thought they were embellished beads, but it’s just the print that is very vivid. I paired the dress with some Simply Be sandals from a couple of seasons ago. Now to just book a holiday!
