It wasn’t until I was cleaning the sleep out of Blue’s eyes last week (look at me, I’m such a Mummy, LOL) that I noticed that his eyes had completely changed colour! Apparently, all kittens are born with blue eyes that change colour as they grow. I really wish I had researched this before I called him Blue; however in Australia, the nickname for ginger people is Blue, so I guess it all worked out in the end.
He’s now 3 months and 3 weeks old and he’s turning into a right little boisterous ragamuffin! Honestly, he’s causing such a rampage in the house- he has a fondant for biting and scratching hands and feet and he loves tearing up tissue paper. What gets me is that he’s not afraid of water so I have nothing to punish him with when he’s naughty. 🙁 His favourite foods are avocados and tomato ketchup (don’t even ask…a long, accidental story) and he’ll eat almost anything.
I can’t wait to have him neutered so he can calm the hell down; but until then, I’m just enjoying him running around the house looking cute as a button!
awwww Blue's best feature has gone 🙁 .. just kidding. I still accept him as a member of the Laalaa Monroe fan club
