I thought i’d name this FOTD after these gorgeous earrings that I recently purchased from  Meen Market. I absolutely adore them! The earrings come in loads of different fabrics but because i’m in a plummy sort of mood this month, I opted for the earrings above.

This may also serve as a mini tutorial for those of us with hooded eyelids. Steps below!

After priming my face, I used MAC’s paint pot in Painterly as a base for the eye shadow.

After blending in ‘Painterly’, I applied MAC’s ‘Plum Dressing’ shadow to the corner and middle of my eyelid.

I then tried to blend in ‘Carbon’ from the outer corners of my eye to the middle.

I add Urban Decay’s 24/7 eyeliner in black and Maybelline’s Falsies Mascara.

Added some blusher and my nude revlon lipstick and voila!
