For the past two months I have been searching for a really GOOD matt red lipstick for Spring. Well, my search finally drew to a close last week when I stepped into Superdrug last week and found the perfect colour!
Revlon Matte Lipstick – In the Red
A gorgeous blue-toned red with a velvety texture.
I absolutely love it! I can put it on in the morning and it won’t budge for at least the next 5 hours, even when drinking!
I think i’ve finally figured out the right red for my skin-tone, which is a red with blue undertones.
I definately recommend and I’ll post photos of me wearing it soon!
Photo taken without flash. As you can see, it does appear quite sheer, and even has a slight orange tint to it, but it does have phenominal staying power!

really tryna find a red lipstick to suit me….all the ones i tried on in mac make me look like 30 years older and not in a good way 🙁

I'm blue undertones too!
I could never tell colour undertones before but I finally figured it out when someone asked me where I got my bluey pink lipstick from (it looked normal pink to me!)
If you like this and want a similar pink one then try their matte Stormy Pink..that's the only pink that graces my lips.

@Onyxta I was the same, however I'm going to try and stay away from reds by MAC..they aren't that varied for darker skinned women. If anything, I'd deffo recommend Revlon, OR try Fashion Fair!
