As a lot of us may know, Winter is the time when we need to take extra care in looking after our skin, especially if yours is dry or sensitive.
Naked Skin is a skincare range aimed towards those of us with sensitive skin and better still, it’s ingredients are 97% natural. Awesomesauce.
The range consists all the products you’ll need to combat the Winter chill and its effects on our skin, including  face scrubs and washes, eye gels, facial moisturisers and body butters; as well as a haircare and kids range! I was kindly sent the Bare Faced Cheek face wash and Thirst Aid 12 hour moisturiser from the lovely Jayne (I was also sent the eye gel, but that will get it’s own  review because it’s amazing!) to test out.
Bare Faced Cheek Softening Face Wash

The Bare Faced face wash contains Damask Rose, an ingredient busting with anti-oxidants which help to fight free-radicals. Dermatologically tested, alcohol tested, paraben and SLS free and also synthetic frangrace free – that’s one healthy face wash!
I find that I only need a little of the wash to wash my face and I also use this along with my Rio Sonicleanse for a more thorough wash. A clear liquid that foams when water is added, the wash easily cuts through make-up, leaving my skin feeling squeaky clean and fresh. There is a slight ‘clinical’ fragrance, but nothing too overpowering.
I did get a couple of spots during the first 3 days of using it, but I found that nothing to worry about as I always break out a bit when using a new face wash/scrub. They cleared up after a week or so.
Notable Ingredients: Damask Rose, Castor Oil, Palmarosa Oil, Orange Peel Oil
Price: £4.49
Available: Currently out of stock on their website but it can also be purchased at Superdrug.
Thirst Aid 12 Hour Moisturiser

Thirst Aid is a 12 hour moisturiser (hence the name) aimed toward sensitive skin. Fragrance free and alcohol free, what struck me most about the cream was how thick it was. The consistency almost reminds me of Pond’s Cold Cream; I then realised it may be because the moisturiser contains shea butter, which a lot of you already know is my favourite ever ever EVER ingredient of all time, ever. Of Evers.
As above, the cream also doesn’t contain any parabens, sulphates or silicones; just a lovely blend of shea butter, Argan oil, Neroli Oil and Starflower oil.
Although it is a thick cream, it does not take a long time to soak in at all. My skin LOVES thick and slightly greasy skin products anyway (what is she like?!) as it’s very dry and sensitive and I did find that at the end of the day, my skin still felt really smooth and soft.
I really do love this moisturiser; it’s protective enough for the day and thick enough to use it as a night cream. I sometimes mix it in with my BB cream to give my skin a soft, dewy look and I’ve recieved a few compliments on it so it’s definitely something I would repurchase!
Price: £7.49
Availability: Currently out of stock on their website but it can also be purchased at Superdrug.
Both combined are definitely Winter essentials!

New follower here!! I bought a gigantic tub of their sea salt body scrub a while ago and I only paid £1.49 for it! (Here's a review of it, if you're interested . It's the only product I have by them, but I love it so much. Your post has inspired me to check them out again. Thanks for sharing 🙂 xx
