Kenzo have long been one of my favourite designers; everything from the iconic Tiger logo to the cross fabrics and vibrant patterns used on their pieces appeals to the inner child in me. It’s a fun, colourful and vibrant brand, so when I heard months ago that they would be doing a Kenzo x H&M Collaboration, I shat my heart out of my chest. A BIG MOMENT GUYS; OWNING MY FIRST SEMI-DESIGNER ITEM N TING.
Embroidered sweatshirts are a big thing this season, so I opted for a men’s slim-fit Tiger logo sweatshirt in a large with assumption that it probably wouldn’t fit. To my surprise though, it did! I’ve always been a big believer in shopping outside of your size range, because you never know what pieces you’ll find. Sometimes it pays to take risks. As a high end designer, Kenzo are known for regularly dropping oversized pieces anyway, which is another reason I love them (soz bank account!).
The sweatshirt is subtle, while keeping bang on trend this season with the embroidery pattern on the front. The jumper is made using organic cotton from H&M’s Conscious collection and feels pretty robust when on; almost stiff. I kept the rest of my outfit subtle as I wanted the Kenzo logo to be the star of the show, so I paired the sweatshirt with a pair of distressed black Mom jeans from Boohoo which I then rolled up, patchwork ankle boots from Simply Be and my beloved Aldo Tilzer backpack.
Check out my top picks of the oversized pieces from Kenzo at the bottom!

It looks amazing, I guess the stress on the day the collection was releases was all worth it. Loving your jeans too.
