There was a time way back when, when my entire wardrobe consisted of trousers and leggings and what have you. Over the past few years, they have been slowly replaced by skirts and dresses as I become more comfortable with my body, almost to the point where i had nothing apart from jeans left in my closet. I’m at a point now where I do want to start curating a collection of trousers again for Winter and also for work.
The Elvi printed tapered jersey trousers are an absolute dream to wear; they have just the amount of stretch, are high waisted and the tribal print design is gorgeous and super flattering. The trousers have fast become a closet favourite and i always get complimented on it at work! Seeing as we are heading towards summer, i’ll be teaming the trousers with crop tops galore as i’ve done below. The trousers cut quite close to the ankle, meaning that it looks great with either flats or heels. I paired the trousers with my ASOS crop top and Primark heels.
