Whoo! It sure feels good to be blogging again, I tell ya! Let’s get right into it, shall we?
Now if you don’t already know, I kinda sorta have a bit of an obsession with midi skirts. Maybe it’s because they are so easy and effortless to style, maybe it’s because I love how the skirts fit on me; all I know is that I have hella skirts in my wardrobe at the moment. The newest skirt to join my arsenal is this absolutely mesmerising metallic pleated skirt by Elvi. I mean…look at it.
I absolutely love the fit of this skirt. The black elastic waistband keeps everything tucked in, but comfortably so you don’t feel like you’re gasping for breath every 10 minutes. The delicate pleats coupled with the gorgeous wispy metallic sheen gives the skirt an ethereal vibe, especially when twirling about! in keeping with the theme of ethereal and ‘purity’, I teamed the skirt with this white embellished top, also from Elvi. I feel that the lacy sleeves of the top really compliment the skirt and tbh, I really like how the whole thing bounces off my skintone.
